A good & capable leader is very hard to find. Tony Fernandes is a good salesman although his background is finance. Majority finance people are disaster in sales

Wonder what happen to the internal fraud case involving some of the previous little Napoleons? Some of them still promoting themselves and operating in the entertainment industry.
