High liability/assets is common in properties stocks. For malton, current ratio 2.47, quick ratio 1.14 is not bad. For me, the properties in middle term (1-2 years) still look promising, at below 0.70, i would consider.

Yesterday it fell below 0.70, today i queued at 0.66, but it only fell to 0.67 then rebound back to closed at 0.695. Monday i will queue back at 0.66, or even lower 0.63 if US and oil fall tonight :D

have u calculate its malton-LA shares as well for its market size value ? Did you know how much debt it owe ?? Once you really look at it...then I think you might change your view on it.
