KLIA2 design is inconvenient for the passenger and confusing. I've been using them for more than 10 times, don't like it.

KLIA2 is damn lousy, the long and winding route from point of getting down an aircraft to Immigration checkpoint is really torturing esp for those aged group.

KLIA2 is terrible on the legs . totally not user friendly. MAHB thinking more on shops rather on air travellers
