Personally I agree bjcorp has a lot value, and probably starts rising in the coming 12 months. But I think it's more like going to 42 cents rather than rm1.50. Rm1.50 will take a long time.

TSVT started buying Bj Corp at almost Rm1.00 in year 2012 (almost own 40% at this price). And bought all the way down to 50 sen.

TSVT average cost for Bj COrp is over 70 sen.

At 34 sen we are buying at 50% BIG DISCOUNT TO TSVT buying price.

I bought both Bj Capital & Hong Leong Capital at same price of 90 Sen in year 2006 I think.

Bj Corp took Bj Capital private at Rm3.00

For Hong Leong Capital I sold too early --- only to see Dr Yu bidded up Hong Leong Capital to over Rm14.00 later!!

After my Bj Capital was taken private by Bj Corp - Bj Corp still traded at only 12.5 sen - so I loaded up on Bj Corp at 12.5 sen

Bj Corp jumped to over Rm1.50 later for more than 1,000% upside.

I watched with amazement TSVT and Robin convert 2 Bj Corp Iculs for one Bj Corp mother share.

Bj Corp Iculs was over 26 to 28 Sen I think & Bj Corp mother share was less than 50 Sen at some junctures

So 2 Bj Corp Iculs could be worth 52 Sen to 56 Sen if TSVT sell in the open market.

Far more value than the Price of One Bj Corp at 50 Sen or below.

I was very surprised that TSVT chose to convert two Iculs for One Bj Corp share and forgoing better profit.

SO I THINK TSVT HAS A LONG TERM PLAN. SURELY BJ CORP IS WORTH MUCH MUCH MORE

the second Tranche of Cash proceed from China Great Mall sale will be in. Rm613 Millions Cash will boost Bj Land balance sheet

Most of the borrowings of Bj Corp are held under Bj Land. And Bj Land at 39.5 Sen has an NTA of 90 Sen. Well protected by HUGE ASSETS!

On surface Bj Land appears to have over Rm4 billions long term & short term debt.

But it has Rm3 Billions in Cash & Asset Backing. Another Rm4 Billions are under intangibles? Must check with Bj Land Bosses what are these? Cash of Bj Toto or what?

Bj Hills in Bkt Tinggi has over 13,700 Acres of Prime lands sitting on a Gold Mine of Less than 48 Sen per Sq Ft

It is worth anything between Rm10 Billions to Rm30 Billions in today's value
