Seems make sense all this. I heard DNEX already secured a huge sum of contract and will make an announcement soon. This is what I get from the involved party. This contract related to Budget 2018. So, announcement could be week before the Budget or after the Budget. I presume the accumulation could be true, either to goreng or someone buy before the news out. Coincidentally, oil prices also on the uptrend. All on DNEX side now.
