To me, it is really unnecessary to cash out all the shares, and similarly I will never invest every single cent in stock market regardless of any market condition.
I guess writer was emphasizing more on capital gain..
I don't have the ability to estimate the market crashing and lowest point, but I m more concerned about if an investment can generate stable, continuous income for me.
