Isn't it the liability to the govt to preserve the value of a fast depreciate asset (liability now) not knowing what to do next?

Best if it can get court order to dispose it, and the proceed keep in trust fund with Bank Negara.
Whosoever has final claim get the proceed with proper authority.......and that will take many years to decide.
