ECRL is useless. scrap it!
the new government should spend time think of ways how to create public awareness on public transport. not just construct blindly like the previous government.

If government can scrap it, they would have done it earlier not until now. The problem is to scrap the deal of ECRL will involve heavy penalty which i think should be a very huge sum.
