Encore Melaka is really an amazing performance which can surely attract tourist especially tourist from China. Unfortunately Yongtai's biz has been blown by 'Tun Old Horse' who adopts non friendly approach toward the super rich China who in return reduces tourist to M'sia and Encore Melaka. For Yongtai to recover, investors have to wait for Tun Old Horse to retire and hope for the new PM to be friendly to China to bring in the expected tourist from China.
