I like to liken our country to developed countries. In developed countries they have unemployment benefits as welfare, in Malaysia, we have employment of incompetent personnel as welfare!

not really so. Nestle's Milo has near monopoly over other chocolate drinks. 100Plus has near monopoly over other isotonic drinks here.

Gov. given monopoly is could be a double-edged sword, but brand monopoly might be one of the strongest moats. Think of GSC & TGV cinemas too.
