Dear Friends of i3 Forum,
And these are some Important facts about RSawit
1) RSAWIT IS 100% PURE UPSTREAM PALM OIL
As it is in Upstream Now CPO Over Rm3,900 to Rm4,200 Rsawit will benefit the most
2) THERE IS NO MORE CONVERSION ALLOWED FROM FOREST/TIMBER TO PALM OIL
There is a Moratorium to Halt Future Conversion of Timber Lands to Palm Oil
As such WTK cannot convert its Timber to Palm Oil. WTK has to buy Palm Oil Estates from Existing Holders
For RSAWIT it is 100% Palm Oil
3) ONLY PALM OIL LANDS ARE ALLOWED TO BE CONVERTED TO RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL USE
This was how KMLoong converted its Palm OIl Estates to Housing in Crescendo. Crescendo in turn sold lands to Data Center
Since Forest/Timber lands ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE CONVERTED TO PALM OIL OR OTHER RESIDENDIAL/COMMERCIAL USE
Those That Own Palm oil Lands like RSAWIT will now see Demand.
Demand as Data Center/Solar Farm and others will cause RSAwit Land Prices to go up
4) RSAWIT is a Non Bumi Entity. As Such it has no restriction in selling its lands unlike Bplant
KLK Purchase of Bplant was aborted because KLK is not a Bumi Company
For RSAWIT there is no Restriction
5) ABANG JO Wants SARAWAK TO OVERTAKE SELANGOR IN FDI
PETALING JAYA: Sarawak has set its sights on becoming the nation’s second highest contributor to the gross domestic product (GDP) before the next state polls, says its premier Abang Johari Openg.
Citing a report from the Sarawak public communication unit, Abang Johari said Sarawak is currently the third largest GDP contributor, having overtaken Johor, the Borneo Post reported.
He said the report also stated that Kuala Lumpur holds the top spot, followed by Selangor in second place.
“We have to be confident and organise our strategy so that our GDP is high, and I am confident that we will be able to overtake Selangor,” he was quoted as saying.
SARAWAK ALREADY OVERTAKEN JOHOR IN FDI
Lots of Lands in Johor have been sold to Data Centers
Now we will see the Same being done in SARAWAK
BEST TIME TO BUY RSAWIT EARLY (LANDS ONLY RM1,523 PER ACRE) BEFORE LAND PRICES SKYROCKET UP LIKE IN JOHOR

Distance of Stungkor to Kuching
Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 at Business | News
Naim Holdings Bhd is selling a 180.8ha parcel of mixed-zone vacant land in Samarahan, Sarawak to Onlyee Flora Sdn Bhd for RM223.38 million.
Onlyee Flora, primarily involved in holding companies and oil palm estate cultivation in Kuching, Sarawak, is acquiring the land as part of Naim’s strategy to enhance long-term sustainability amidst a challenging property market with significant unsold inventory.
Naim sold lands in Kota Samarahan for RM500,000 an acre
RSAWIT's in Stungkor, Lundu, Kuching Division with a Book Value of only Rm1,523 per acre
It is only about twice the distance to Kuching but priced at a tiny weeny small mosquito value.
THAT IS WHY WE SHOULD TAKE OPPRTUNITY TO BUY THIS GREAT VALUE BARGAIN RSAWIT

I only posted distance of Kuching to Kota Samarahan as an illustration
As long as lands fall within Kuching Division jurisdiction prices cannot be 3.5 Sen a Sq Ft like Rsawit book value
