Most CEO overpay themselves but give pea nuts to shareholders

Some splurge on the highest category of luxury company cars and charge the highest fees for expense.

Some siphon monies out by creating 3rd parties entities to cheat company monies

Others use Company monies to buy over infated personal assets

All this without doing more for company welfare
Of course there are exceptions

That is why 1MDB is not just in Malaysian politics it is also found in many listed companies
