# 我国的人民有一个不成文的规矩，对交通罚单，可拖就拖，希望政府在某个节日突然大发慈悲，给予折扣，才施施然去缴交罚款#
我的意见：
驾驶违法可分为两种；
1）严重性 ：含超量酒精和药物驾驶， 闯红灯，超速驾驶， 驾驶时用手机通话。
2）非严重性 ：非法停车，个人交通安全（安全带）
1）交警应该把上述（1）的违法当场逮捕扣留控上法庭。
2）目前交警的罚单开的太离谱了，非法停车和小型交通意外（碰撞车屁股）都要搞上两三百块， 你说小市民哪能轻易的缴交罚款？ 要是100块以下的罚款我想大多数人士还会缴交罚款。
