Causing extreme misery to 2 million people including babies & those who are medically sick is a huge thing, also business disruptions; somemore it could be 4 days without water. The punishment is not enough. Jail sentences at least a year for the owners and compensations of hundreds millions to deter this from happening again. No factories at least 10 kilometers from water source and catchment area.

Js gazette the whole area along that river tributaries especially the upstream where the water treatment plants as water catchment area, prohibit any form of development in catchment area. Really puzzling how come industry is allowed to be built upstream of water treatment plant or within the vicinity of rivers that are used as water supply to Selangor??!!!

Something fishy about frequent water supply disruption. Factory polluting rivers is just one of the reason. How does all dams are affected at the same time?

Why need 4 days to restore supply? They don't work on weekend or during major disruption? Seems like tidak apa attitude has become full blown cancer and is disrupting service and utilities industry. Everything sucks big time from government to private. They are only interested in sending monthly BILLS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!
