As scuh MUCH of the PUBLIC housing was "Controlled" by them. Their Interest was to MAKE EASY MONEY via LANDS they Controlled. Now CHINA has taken BACK MUCH of the Policies Makers ,,,,,, Reclaimed Land = PUBLIC Housing. HK residents will BENEFIT directly. Perhaps HK should NOW Learn mandarin if they want to EXPAND their Business and Prosperity.
