stock investing is like pro in medicine = stock players need to specialize.

there r 3 classes of stocks. every1 has sole right to choose them.
i. 1st class FA stocks played by FF, r a must (70% of portfolio to CAGR 26% per cycle)
ii. 2nd class FA stocks played by 2-4 local funds who know how to sell down (15%)
iii. PnD speculative stocks played by Syndicates with high networth individuals (<15%)
current theme is small.cap.stocks < 80 million shares.
the play up is abt 2-3 weeks n the ending is very ugly

stock mkt moves like SINE wave.
In bad times prepare for good times.
The mkt sentiment was bad due to 2 mths + of MCO news flow.
Dare devils in widetec, hightec, kobay beef shot max of the max to the sky recently. n these had matured or abt ready to bend over.

mkt sentiment determines 40% weightage on our portfolio profits, has returned to GOOD n BETTER .,.
major TECH stocks r the only choice now to CAGR in this cycle...

HOW MKT WORKS SERIES

There r 2 to 4 cycles p.a. on KLSE.
Every cycle could be a completely different stocks' name or theme. Work is required to spot them at right.timing.

i. If 4 cycles p.a. it means players must make money for holding within 3 months.
n if hold > 3 months = players would experience diminishing return for over staying the course.

ii. If 2 cycles p.a. it means players must make money for holding within 6 months.
n if hold > 6 months = players would experience diminishing return for over staying the course.

To outperform on CAGR > 26% per cycle, players must do audit on one's portfolio constantly.
