Is the POLICE officially saying that ALL SENIORS are INCAPABLE and PRONE to ACCIDENTS and HARM to others ? That is ASSUMPTION of "GUILT" ... " Without Due Recourse to Justice " of ALL SENIORS ?? ..... That is what the POLICE are SAYING !!!!!! BRAVO ..... !!!! Enforcer HAS become the JUDGE !!!!!!
