I thought the independent reviewer is supposed to report to SC periodically.

now only know Serba requested EVERYTHING must be presented to the Board and prohibited EY to report to SC without consent & approval from the Board

What a world, totally can’t trust Karim anymore. All things happened for a reason, Karim is the main reason.
