This Penang Govt is trying to be soohhai loh!

Do not affect the rakyat mah!

If the rakyat wants to pay using cashless or non cash....let them mah!

Campur cashless and cash. All must retain. No electricity last time, I can’t withdraw from bank. Foool lah. Both methods are good and must retain both.
