Closer to home, Malaysia will have to do painful pension civil service reform as National Budget no longer able to substain it's near 2 million staff! Even today, 33% of national budget are allocated for civil service! Which is ridicolously wasteful! Malaysia doesn't even have allocation for maintenance of basic infras at the moment!
