Consolidate enforcement units.
Too many "thugs" on payroll as enforcement officer for each every petty departments.
RELA and auxillary police too are on the list. Are we in a war zone, that we need so many "jagas" in uniform? They are hired to protect civil servants from frustrated public.

Coming Labour Day not PM-X will announce pay hike to "lazy, non-performing" civil servants as well?
