can you believe it some one can call you with 016-389386?
MCMC should impose $10k fine per scam number for telcos that fail to block this type of call.
This revenue is better than GST/SST to tax the rakyak, while saving the public from scam .
Government can easily collect few millions a day from telcos that fail to filter out scam call
