Eversendai Corporation Berhad (ECB), formerly Eversendai Corporation Sdn. Bhd is an investment holding company. The Company's principal activity is the provision of management services. ECB's subsidiaries include EV Abu Dhabi, EV Dubai, EV India, EV Qatar, EVSC, EV Saudi, EV Sharjah, EV Singapore and SEVM. The Company owns 49% interest in EV Abu Dhabi, EV Dubai, EV Qatar and EVSC. ECB provides some technical services, such as Structural design, Detailing works, Unfolding drawings and Value engineering services. It provides complete design services ranging from conceptual stage design to connection design for a range of structures using appropriate software. ECB also provides structural detailing works services and services in unfolding drawings with 3-D curvatures for complex structures. The Company has completed over 100 projects, including projects in 10 countries, such as Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and UAE.

Review of Group with Comparison in Current Quarter to immediately Preceding Quarter
The Group reported revenue and Profit before tax of RM235.2 million and RM8.9 million respectively in
the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM275.5 million and Profit before tax of RM4.8 million
in the immediately preceding Quarter. The decline in revenue is attributable to the final stages of
completion of major projects in the Middle East while marginal increase in Profit before tax is mainly
attributable to forex gains. Revenues from newly commenced projects would significantly contribute to
Group revenue in coming Quarters.
24. Prospects of the Group
With the Group’s current outstanding order book of RM5.7 billion and continuous reorganisation of resources with a strong focus on optimisation of costs and improving efficiency in its operations, the Group believes that the path of recovery is in motion.
With the settlement of the Ijarah loan for Vahana Aryan and the partial settlement of the Term loan with proceeds from disposal of a non-core land asset in Malaysia, the Group’s total borrowings have reduced by 42.8% from RM1,051.7 million to RM601.2 million during the current period. The Group is making further efforts to restructure its borrowings and strengthen its liquidity position.
The Trojena Ski Village project secured from Neom in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is progressing well. The Design & Engineering works are on-going and the first steel structure was erected at the project site on 20 June 2024, meeting the first contractual milestone. The newly awarded Projects in the Middle East and India have commenced and are progressing. With the current outstanding order book, the Group foresees optimal utilisation of all its fabrication facilities in the coming quarters.
The Group is optimistic of its future prospects to achieve improvised financial performance.

Technically, after sliding 46.5% from 52W high at RM0.785 (May 13) to a low of RM0.42 (Aug 29), SENDAI (CP:RM0.56, BVPS: RM0.38) has been traded in a range bound mode within RM0.46-0.625 zones. A confirmed breakout above RM0.625 (Dec 4) would enhance further upside targeting RM0.645 (61.8% FR) and RM0.70 (76.4% FR). Key retracement supports are pegged at RM0.535 (100D MA) and RM0.50 (200D MA) levels.
