SCIB paid Rm1 Millions per acre for Bintulu Lands (10km from Bintulu)

Should have gone to see Thplant instead

Their cost only Rm5.8K an acre

Just give Rm50,000 per acre they will be happy to sell
No need Rm1 Millions

the land can be develop for development already. all the nearby land is under development
