Soybean oil is primarily made up of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
Palm oil primarily saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids.

Polyunsaturated easily react with oxygen hence during deep frying soyoil turn bad/oxidized very fast.

Palm oil is the world most stable oil for deep frying.

They said if you do not know history you are bound to make mistake

The powerful palm oil bull run times were in 2008 and 2012 when Cpo highest was Rm4,000 MT

Now that Cpo still above Rm4500 is excellent

Km loong Mr Gooi already said Cpo at Rm3000 already good enough

Now Cpo is still far above Rm3,000 MT

So palm oil upstream stocks are the place to invest
