PUC-WB going to expire in February next year, so premium has narrowed down to a mere half sen. It will track the mother very closely. However, if price dips back to 10 sen in February, the warrants would be worth nothing.
please visit 11street malaysia website... at the end of the website you will notice a PUC logo there... PUC has brought some share in the joint venture for some time ad...
Open at 0.155 and holding on at 0.15, means something good is on its way or basically no bad news about the company's biz. QR in two or three weeks time... could it be advancement of better revenue and profit from last quarter...?
this qtr should conso the Picture works into account should shows better outlook for PUC but the rest of the business is still burning money... anyway their renewable energy business is also small not much effect...
1. Pictureworks is ad establish and making money now... 2. Media side is like roller coaster thus not consider making much money from it 3. E-commerce - 11street joint venture is losing money (fighting for market share between so many e-commerce) 4. Renewable energy - making money (not much cost involve/to maintain) but not much 5. Other collaboration - still in the money burning process (MOU singed but materialise or not still not sure)
Axiata’s other digital ventures include a 47.7% stake in e-commerce platform 11Street Malaysia, in which PUC Bhd agreed to invest up to RM90 million in four tranches in April this year. The deal implies a RM375 million valuation for 11Street, which recorded RM427 million in gross merchandising value at end-2017, and reportedly had 13.5 million unique monthly users in December 2017.
Good morning. The price of PUC is still heavily discounted at the price of (0.145) Ealier, the price rebounded to (0.155) fetching lucrative return to those who bought at 0.095-0.10.
Try look at few other counters that have came to the bottom pit and rebounded with the same pattern.
PUC has been aggressively ongoing with the news and announcement and for now, I strongly opine they are working in the phase of delivery to the market.
PUC is not an uptrend yet. So, you need to find your reason for buying this stock.
from 0.095 until now almost 80% untung PUC really strong last time from lowest to highest is 400% gap if I got play PUC is untung gg miss this good stock last time I very like PUC but long time no see ay miss this gold better than bjland from 1 ringgit until 20sen
aiyaaa... ivan9511, make sure to enter very early tomorrow morning... will gap up... many will come in to chase seeing what has happened today... Got two weeks to play prior to QR... if the QR is beautiful then continue to play up...
News on 10 Nov. KUCHING: Pictureworks Holdings Sdn Bhd (Pictureworks), Asia’s leading imaging solutions provider for theme parks and attractions, has announced a partnership with China’s largest smart tourism information solutions provider, Smart Guide Holding Group Ltd (Smart Guide), to collaboratively widen both parties’ market outreach worldwide, diversifying their businesses into new territories and industries while promoting smart tourism in Malaysia, China and Southeast Asia.
Established in 2008, Pictureworks through its proprietary imaging technology solution known as PictureAir, serves more than 30 theme parks and attractions in 14 countries.
Pictureworks joined the PUC Behd (PUC) umbrella in June 2018, tapping on the latter’s platform to elevate its imaging services.
Smart Guide is the largest smart tourism information system provider in China, dedicated in providing comprehensive solutions and advancement to China’s smart tourism industry.
They have expanded their services to 70 per cent of China and parts of Southeast Asia, covering Wudang Mountains, Mutianyu Great Wall, Tianshan Grand Canyon, Jinsha Site Museum, and over 180 tourist attractions.
This partnership allows Pictureworks to expand into the untapped Chinese market by having Smart Guide to promote PictureAir solutions in their widespread coverage of sightseeing destinations, tourist attractions, cultural and historical sites, and natural landmarks.
Coupled with its US-patented TouchClear technology currently implemented in the PictureAir platform, Pictureworks is working on complementing the platform with Facial Recognition technology to offer visitors a seamless experience in picture retrieval and easy purchase of photo products or personalised merchandise via WeChat Pay and Alipay in China.
The partnership also unlocks greater business opportunities where Pictureworks and Smart Guide can jointly expand into the media and advertising space, authorising Smart Guide to promote and sell advertisement spaces available on the PictureAir website and mobile app via a profit sharing model.
Group chief executive officer of Pictureworks, Johnny Loke highlighted that the partnership is strategic as it offers Pictureworks an instant reach to new territories covering well known tourist attractions and sightseeing destinations particularly China and the Southeast Asia, while PictureAir solutions has been predominantly used in theme parks and amusement parks.
Loke further shared, “We intend to grow our business into the next revolutionary level. Apart from venturing into new territories, we also focus on driving PictureAir
imaging solution licensing business to site operators allowing them to have better control in their imaging service offerings.
“Pictureworks can then lower its operation related costs by cutting down site operations for photography and imaging services.
“The spared capacity allows us to focus on the upcoming expansion plans as well as the research and development initiatives to further unlock Pictureworks’ potentials.”
