Have a look at the employee benefits expenses against the revenue for the last few quarters of the financial year of 2016. Fairly consistent observation. Their line of business is foreseeably human capital intensive, and as Ironshirt had put it..exclude the Bangla and Calvin bashing elements, they have to pay right to have the right people to drive the business forward, isn't it?
