Digistar is Barisan Nasional linked counter?
I remember prior to 2013, Digistar was doing very well, and it was the year where Digistar awarded the Concession Project.
But after 2013, when Pakatan Harapan power getting stronger, Digistar failed to secure any project,.

1) It is the cheapest Technology counter in Mainboard.
The are so many good technology counter who looking for listed in Mainboard, but the listing process are very hassle, it easily take 3 years for a company to get listed. But if they choose RTO, it can be done within few months.

2) I think Digistar boss is looking for a change to sell the listing co, then take the money to privatise the concession business.
