Other than krono and K1, that's the company does owns data center and provide cloud service that has not been seen by the market.
They treat the company as medical-sector based, but more than 50% revenue of this company is coming from the cloud, and the profit margin of this segment is higher.

Current total share issued = 2.354 biilion.
Proposed share issue for private placement is 789 million
Proposed share issue for acquisition is 200 million

Total issued shares will be bloated to 3.3 billion!!!!

Fintec group. Very risky. But I think they (major goreng player in the Fintec group fiasco) won't let all the counters in the group collapse. Certain counters will be goreng up again, following certain development in a selected company.
