Tex-Cycle is also involved in solar energy projects.
KUALA LUMPUR: Tex Cycle Technology (M) Bhd's joint venture company Culzean W2E Ltd has entered a memorandum of understanding with Medisoft Ltd to collaborate on a waste processing project.
"The MOU creates no contractual relationship between Culzean and Medisort but is aimed to provide a platform, a goal to which both Culzean and Medisort is aiming to achieve," said Tex-Cycle in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Among the terms of the agreement, Culzean will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of HTI Plant to ensure it is operational for a minimum of 7,500 hour per year while Medisoft will be responsible for tendering for collection contracts to meet the requirements of wastes for the plant.
According to the filing, Culzean is setting up the HTI Plant to process 3,200 tonnes of medical and clinical waste per year via temperature incineration.
but since we are hyping solar, Hyping EV, soon we will move towards Green energy, Texcycl balance sheet is strong, and yet a lot of JV with smaller Bio companies, which is a good start, Looking for Texcycl to be in the mainboard
