did u see pfizer sign any agreement or award any LOA to local pharma or distributor? no right?
thats why they direct supply to gov, and khairy also mentioned this is the process to procure pfizer
Cansino awarded LOA to solution to distribute cansino vaccines, but then when the nrpa is being approved, suddenly they tell solution: we decided to deal directly with gov. can u use yr brain to think? this will be the breach of contract. If they want to go direct with gov, why award LOA to solution? u think very free and very fun kah?
and u didnt hear what khairy said in the press conference? for chinese vaccines will go through distributors who can provide added value stuff(R&D, fill and finish etc).
sometimes ppl like u just cant do logic thinking and reasoning.
its alright if u dont bother to read the news and announcement, but dont come here to act pro.

All things being equal and let's just say those Chinese Vaccines are granted approvals and allowed importation, does the Government of Malaysia need to procure from Sols or directly from CanSino? End of questions, end of story.

Basically means for the chinese Vaccines, distributor must provide added value (R&D, fill and finish etc.) Not just import prepacked and hook up on Convenient Stores to sell just like sweets or candies.
Solution fill and finish plant is on the way. if they cant do it why cansino awarded them with LOA? for fun? u dare to award LOA to someone that is uncapable?

Lee9, your interpretation is absurd.

yes yes i m a clown... what ever lar.... u want play wording u win... i wrong... but direct mean direct... i chk oxford jo... no other meaning... direct is direct.. from the origin, no stopby or pass over to other... 1 way ticket... direct from manufacturer... u wan tic tac toe also like this...
Developer A awarded a job to contractor B, so what is the black and white document that ensures contractor B secure this job? LOA
Once developer A awarded LOA to contractor B, the project belongs to contractor B. common sense, if developer A decided to award to another contractor, it is breach of contract or agreement. what else to say?
Benny:"oh, this is not a exclusive contracting job for u, i can still award to another contractor." Is this a joke or what? I dont think u understand the term LOA.

Breach of what Contract? Normal agreement to distribute is not an Exclusive Distributorship Award. Can't understand or "fail to acknowledge"?
u so good playing wording... if gov wan direct purchase from cansino, do u think solu can do what?? law sue gov... say potong jalan.. breach LOA... mind of frog!!!
u want to tell everyone u not only ace in business studies, also ace in contract law studies? WOW, nice joke btw
but u still cant comprehend. u can make yr wild guess or imagination. up to you.

You gotta be kidding me. You mean to say a "Letter of Authorisation" and therein stated as Distributor, is the same Agreement as a "Building Contract Agreement" between the Landowner and the Construction company?
Sure glad didn't missed my Contract Law classes either.
leefrog... no matter how... if gov wan potong jalan... no one can do much... u argue win also, i give king to u... what else can do.. let u win lar... i also dun hope solu share price drop... so only do hope gov dun choose direct purchase from cansino, if do so... u win argue at i3 also no show...

This is to say, nice try pulling wool over our eyes with your saying things out of context, twisting and spinning misconceptions. Never easy with some of us.
His analogy indicating that he is plain stupid... how come comparing an apple with pineapple... cheh
talk so much with u also useless lah. see how things unfold in near future lor.
if later on got some announcement mentioned solution deal with gov, then what u want to say? u disappear or what?
if my perception is wrong, i will admit. not a big deal.

in yr perception solution is not a vaccine co, is not even a pharma co, so not capable of becoming distributor with fill & finish capabilities? for u solution just another cheap and con company right?
its alright. we shall see. I think u dare not to use yr main id to come here, coz if anything goes wrong(gov announce dealing with solution), u can just escape with yr small id, or u willing to admit that u r wrong?
if my perception is wrong, I will admit, its alright to be wrong rather than proven wrong still in denial mode.
Did khairy said he will use vaccine manufacturers or pharma co to distribute the chinese vaccines?
Did u notice what he mentioned in his press conference?

Well, at least that's my perspective and assumption derived from MOSTI and MOH's intentions. Import vaccine pre-packed DIRECTLY from pharmaceutical giants with approved vaccines and administer the public vaccination through proper channels and roll-outs.
With the secondary agenda/target being transfer of R&D, DIRECT buying in bulk and complete the storage, fill and finish with vaccines accumulations.
There's no Vaccine manufacturers companies on KLSE, only Pharmaceutical companies. So, what's the play?
