Read this week weekly Edge this year saw 200 IPO in China. Perhaps Xinghe should consider dual listing? Or privatised in Malaysia to relist in China? Why we need so many i3 forumers? Nobody hold Xinghe now?

Since Pan Ding disposed last year Oct Sinotop jumped very high. I am not saying it will sure repeat in Xinghe but funny things happened in Red Chips.
