the company holding huge cash but not paying out as dividend and every yr requests for share buyback renewal but no action taken...especially when the share is around 0.17 which is deep undervalued. Anyone is going to the AGM. Kindly ask the management what are they going to do for the cash siting in the bank account.

Fundamentally Frontkn is still a good counter. It's true its price has been pushed up recently by day traders and sharks. Still at today's valuation, it is still good. It is still trading below book value. PE is still undemanding. So this stock still have room to grow theoretically. This is one of those low cap stocks that is doing well operationally. I would say its good hold.

证监会(SC)宣布通过民事法提告7个被指涉及局内人交易的人士，包括中华总商会总会长兼佂阳集团(SUNSURIA，3743)执行主席拿督戴良业及其兄弟戴良兴。

SC在一项文告中指出，被告的7人为拿汀Low Siew Moi, Tan Cheng Teik, Liaw Huat Hin, Hoi Main Seng, Chua Keng Hong, 拿督戴良业及戴良兴。

7人是被指在2006-2007年间，涉嫌利用内幕消息买卖目前已下市的环球控股(Worldwide Holdings Berhad)。

根据SC的状纸，当时担任环球控股董事的Low Siew Moi，把雪州发展局(PKNS)欲私有化环球控股的机密消息，告诉了Tan Cheng Teik, Liaw Huat Hin, Hoi Main Seng, Chua Keng Hong及拿督戴良业。抵触了1983年证券业法令第89E(3)(a)条文。Low Siew Moi当时是雪州发展局副总经理及环球控股董事。

SC亦指戴良业与Tan Cheng Teik涉嫌进一步把以上消息告诉戴良兴，Liaw Huat Hin及Hoi Main Seng。SC说戴良兴，Tan Cheng Teik, Liaw Huat Hin, Hoi Main Seng与Chua Keng Hong在知道上述机密消息下购买环球控股的股票，抵触了证券业法令第89E(2)(a)条文。

SC要求7人吐回上述期间买卖环球控股赚取到的利润的300%款额，及每人罚款100万令吉

If you guys do read the earning report, it did mentioned Q1 is typically the lowest quarter, meaning the biz will continue to increase through the remaining of the year. With such a low PE @ 10X for tech stock, got good potential.
