Frontken: To raise stake in Taiwan-based Ares Green Tech Corp. Frontken Corp plans to buy another 11.4% stake in Ares Green Tech Corp (AGTC) for RM13.3m, raising its shareholding in the Taiwanese company to 84.6%. Frontken said AGTC is one of the market leaders in Taiwan, with advanced technology, good customer relationship and high operational efficiency. It added AGTC is poised to benefit from anticipated growth within the global semiconductor market. Frontken said it would use internally-generated funds to purchase additional stake from six private entities and persons. (The Edge)

Just imagine if 2nd Q the earning more than 1 cts, anualised profit more than 4 cts. That say 5 cts. That means the fair price will be at least RM0.05 X 17(PE)=RM0.85

Nobody knows weather it will retreat to RM0.30 or not....My opinion is the chances is quite slim....more and more people starts to know the intrinsic value of this gem....

For every share of Frontken it owns about RM0.10 cash. Where can we find a cents stock like this. Look at willow past earning and this few years earnings. If Frontken future earnings can improve more, for sure the share price will outperform also.
