directors/major share holders declared their intention to trade @14mu shares today. On top of that China central bank came out with a new policy to filter all transactions done thru online service providers like Alibaba, etc. Meanwhile, opening up the china market to foreign online transaction providers to hv a share of the cake.

If u r not contra player, no need to sell. Just hold and see how it develops. This stock has been on top vol for many days. Once it drops it surely trigger panic button. and there are many contra or daytrade traders as well..so far there's nothing bad about the company. And the company performance seems promising with the PE 13x. Just my two cents

Yesterday's trends analysis showed strong outflow funds with high sell off from retailers, while bankers ratio dropped to below 50%. It looked the selling may persist, given the volatile nature of the price shift. But then, such opportunity does not come often. My take is that since it is still well supported by bankers, it may be a good entry point.

Intention to deal notice during closed period i.e.during QR is a standard notice put up by co. sect.....they might want to sell or buy depending on opportunity or market condition ....but not necessary they will sell...just standard notice to give advantages to directors.

The price he sells is at pretty high market price. The person buying also hv quite a big appetite of risk.
