I am confused by this massive resignation ? Minumum need two directors for a company ! Can anybody tell who are the remaining directors if there any left, otherwise present shareholders can appoint or look for someone to act as directors .... looks like Wintoni have nothing left other than their listing status in KLSE for sale,,,

Looks like Datuk Ter Poh Yee High Court Case No:22-NCC-09/2015 and Kang Choon Leu @ Kang Chee Sim High Court No : 244-NCC-327/2015 will decide the destiny of Wintoni..Still no updates on these two cases and even Kang has not returned the stolen EGM documents yet. Hopefully more dramas will unfold this month...

My hunch is some of these people will be become directors of Wintoni :Khow Eng Guan,Kang Choon Leu @ Kang Chee Sim, Thean Lip Chong,Loh Khee Feei,Sze See Chuen, Low Thiam Chin, Lim Eng Tiong,Pau Siew Kee,Lee Chin Chow and Tan Chon Hoo @Tan Choon Hoo all being members holding together not less than 1/10 of the issued share capital of the Company. Looks like they could have accumulated a substantial stake by now...

looks like any of us can be appointed to be directors if we apply subject to approval of more than 10% shareholder of Wintoni but I think a new battle for Wintoni is on the card as from today and should see a lot of actiivities ....and it is the cheapest company for takeover being debt free fom bankers other than friendly creditors ...

Bagi kawan2 yg dah rugi banyak,cara nak dapat balik modal mesti berani tanggung risiko.call waran kadang2 banyak membantu,kes terbaru saya ada loss beberapa kaunter tapi saya untung berganda bila ambil risiko masuk parkson cp harga 2 sen dan hari sama terbang sampai 16.5 sen.saya jual harga 13 sen,tak silap saya 31 mac hari tu.lepas tu saya jangka aeon akan naik sebab bisnes sama macam parkson,saya beli aeon ce harga 1.5 sen dan besoknya terbang 9 sen,saya jual harga 8 sen.saya dapat cover balik loss fan untung berganda.sekarang saya masih pegang wintoni harga 3 sen dan harap terbang balik lebih 5 sen
