Bursa should taken action against board. I dont believe the accounts is not ready. But to play games to make it bad to devalue the price & reduction just like Hubline and few more. Is SC & Bursa protecting the shareholders or letting directors enjoying perks? In SG & HK, if such thing happens, the board members will be blacklisted. A company cant simply delisted unless bankrupt or being taken over. Win Sun in china is doing good.

Minority Shareholders Watchdog Group should give more pressure to Bursa on this. Directors are controlling the game as expense of smaller stakeholders.

If smoothsailing, the non legally binding MOU will turn into definitive agreements before/on Sept 30th2017. Last time wintoni was suspended for 2 months.
