a very good counter to INVEST,not speculate..... a 50cents par value with about RM 1.16 net tangible asset and good earning also good dividen @3cts(6%).........Valuable lands not yet revalue....But,seem seldom people like to invest....it's really a funny thing happened here.......Maybe people like to speculate or (gambling)more than everythings.....
eventually people start looking at this "under-valued "good stock,yesterday saw a lot of buying transactions and up 2 and half cents to end at 50cents.....today(17/july)also a lot of buyers and seems something may come out soon.....I have bought a lot around 46cents....and hopefully it will go up to 65cents in a couple of months from now!
they must be somethings behind and seem news will be releasing soon.....watch out the volume in the recent trading days....it seems "buyings" accumulating..............

a lots of good news coming out....but why the dividen---6%(3CENTS) ANNOUNCED on 24/05/2012 till now,no date and further notice given yet? ......i wonder the efficency of the persnal in charge........

sp-setia is expected to double up earnings via London properties, amprop actually invested much earlier than sp-setia in London properties market!
amprop business is overweight vs tambun or cresbld; which both already trade above $1.1 there's a lot of price upside for amprop especially it is more diverse than anyone of them.
given amcorp several properties projects on hand and diverse with power, engineering businesses, amcorp should be trading above $1 at least. malaysian developers with project in U.K are amcorp, e&o, ijmland.
coldeye review of the company is so far aligned. price guessing is like catching butterfly, rather, buy small & slow over a define time (base on your own planning). the same time, keep tracking the company progress and react accordingly & decisively
broader market also play a important role, good luck!
