superb core earnings capability with good div, EPF eyes Europe property assets, the fund has property assets in United Kingdom and is looking at expanding its investments there...
apart from nta, the core recurring earnings is also a key. take a look at q4 report - operating segment, say engineering & infra alone, that's already > 6c year to-date, excluding all other property or misc income. amprop properties business is balance with local and foreign (U.K). property projects in U.K has such a high margin no project in MY can match, u can find all the on-going projects in latest annual report, including a 1400a sibujaya project.
not bad :) or can try comparing peer (similar market cap level for example), note those without such core earning already traded above $1.3 at least, yet they do not have a balance of projects like amprop
wow iafx, your news on this stock is indeed v up to the dot. thanks for the sharing. though it wont contribute to fye 2014 earnings, I do hope it will have a positive impact on the price tomorrow.
this is a brand new power project, operation to start by 3rd qtr, naturally profit will book after the service is fully commerced. with new annual recurring of 11m, the engineering & infra segment alone easily lookup to 8c eps or above :D
this one waiting approval... let's don't speculate further, it will come it comes. no sure what is your position for amprop, this is one counter that is growing fast and resilient, although it may not rocket like redtone suddenly :)
so many project that this co get,it will be good to hold it for long term... btw how dependency of this co rely on uk?? i'm a bit worried about situation on UK...
@alvian, amprop focus high end property in central London, it's an international market. can try google central prime London to learn more. this is a place where 800sft + 1 car park selling RM5millions :)
niche market like this is does not constraint by economy, actually during bad time super rich ppl tend to buy more high end properties. juz look at high end condo surrounding klcc, which is nothing compare to London market
this one always trade at lower p/e compare with others counter within same industry. with this good fundamental, this counter actually should be trade at the same p/e like other counters
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
