If De'men sale is confirmed, then cash per share is around 65 sen when compares to present 58-60 sen. This is really strange! Simply because GOB owned many other properties. Batu Kawan land in Penang is worth another 50 sen per share. Why so many investors cannot see value in GOB?
Chankp7010, the issue with this company is one of confidence ...this company is treated as a proxy - a front - for you know who. This may not be a bad thing because the JV with Lembaga Getah shows connection matters. But then, if there is no dividends (never mind the special dividends) declared from the proceedsof disposal of Da'mein, then,how are shareholders going to be rewarded?
I mean... When you want financing to build damein, you raised it from the market. Now, damein is sold for a handsome price, there is no dividends but the proceeds is used to buy a few pieces of land from DL (if the article from Focus Malaysia is anything to go by). So, for the shareholders who subscribe to the rights, how can they be rewarded if there is no dividends?
Regarding contract with MRT2. Can't reveal much .. Last time always reveal so much end up stock no move .. So let's be calm and see what happen in coming days / week .. My self already stock in warrant n mother share ! DAYUMMMMMM
