err.. i don't think gob will be entitled to the full amount from the sale of da men coz it's a jv with Revenue Concept as they r the land owner.. so pls can anybody calculate what amount exactly will gob get ? Thanks.
Caocao, you are right. However, that piece of land have been proportioned into 3 different projects which are Da'men, shop lots and the service apartment total estimated GDV of RM1billion. Besides, the jv agreement was to complete the development within 7+2 years which is 2020. Yet, after this disposal, GOB will foresee to have brighter future due to holding huge cash pile for another development which located at Jln Ampang.
While other counters was dragged down by KLSE, this still manage to hold the selling pressure and push up again.Seems good and stable above 60 cents now.The time to push up above 70 cents might be near.(hope so...haha)
