Get a good foreign broker, they have access to good info and your needs. Local broker , no comment. Hope this help.

I shall not advice, recommend or listed here any of the brokers due to foreign brokerages have been known to shut down overnight, absconding with their customer’s assets. You just need to do your own research, get to know major investor brokers and at least a good network. Goodnight.

so far i bought any stock didnt charge stamp duty. Only charge brokerage fee (RM7-RM100 depends on gross amount) and Clearing Fee of (0.03% of gross amount)

I bought 8000 unit @ 9.13, broerage 73.04, Stamp 74, clearing 21.92, service tax 4.38,
Total =73,213.34. so charge is about 0.00239
