i saw from IOI website they already has a refinery in sandakan, is it possible they will want to buy over kretam which also has a refinery located in sandakan?

Their refinery location is not suitable for long term due to it is close to the nearby housing area that could expose them with complaints from the village people... however, kretam refinery is located in the industrial area..which is expendable and they dont have biodiesel plant..but we do have it.
