Joel. You will be surprised to know that receipts from customers from progress payment for building of houses have not been recognized profit by offset against Property Development cost until now. This amount is parked in the B/S as " Amount due to customers for contract works " 73 million. It implies that take-up rate for houses is rather high. Harbour would take in the profit in coming quarters.
There is more room for Harbour to grow further. Currently, the share trades at PER 7.8x only. Almost all logistic companies are traded above PER 10x. ie
PER Century - 14x Complet - 11x Freight - 11x POS - 19x Tasco -13x
Tasco seems to have stablized after achieving impressive growth in the past 2 years. Turnover has been trending downward in last 2 quarters. Now, it's the Harbour who take over the limelight.
Promotional activities has not been carried out by the medias. I hardly read any recommendation or buy call from the securities firm. Wait them to do the job la. hahaha
