（吉隆坡3日讯）分析员指出，单靠价值100亿令吉的柔新捷运系统（RTS）项目，依然不足以提振建筑领域的前景，目前还得看我国政局是否稳定。

达证券分析员今天在报告中写道，我国与新加坡政府敲定即将在明年初动工的RTS项目，符合该行和市场的预期。


该行仍看好RTS项目，因为不仅为通勤者带来便利，减少关卡和移民与检疫大厦（CIQ）的拥堵，还将带来经济溢出效应、创造就业机会和促进新山产业市场前景，也有利于承包商和建筑材料供应商。

马矿业领跑

分析员认为，马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板交通与物流股）是该项目的领跑者，因为该公司在柔佛的业务庞大，旗下资产包括丹绒柏勒巴斯港、柔佛港口和士乃机场终站服务私人公司。


此外，马矿业也曾参与捷运第1路线（MRT1）和巴生谷捷运第二路线（MRT2）工程，拥有丰富的经验。

至于建筑材料领域方面，潜在受惠公司将包括：马来亚洋灰（MCEMENT，3794，主板工业股）、金狮工业（LIONIND，4235，主板工业股）、安裕资源（ANNJOO，6556，主板工业股）和振兴集团（CHINHIN，5273，主板工业股）。

然而，鉴于建筑领域的整体前景依旧充满挑战，更何况RTS项目的规模不大，因此，分析员维持“减持”评级。
