My observation may be incorrect. If we look at mmc corp terminal portfolio, penang volume may be declined, while port klamg (north port) and johor port recover from the slow movement from mco makes up total handling on par with last year. While tanjung pelepas are likely to increase of volume handling.
The rational are based on penang/johor (pure import/export), port klang (limited transshipment), while tajung pelepas mostly handle for transsshipment cargo.
market are over react with the vaccine news. even pfizer proven the vaccine works but it won't be supplied to the rest of the world in q1 or even q2 next year.
Trump allocated big budget on these vaccine to supply US first. I am curious malaysia signed any agreement with pfizer on vaccine? or we just too optimistic about the r vaccine without side effect may arrive malaysia anytime?
