Recent share price surge is mainly driven by strong earning recovery (for at least another 3Q).
The management is very capable and competent in growing key business segment and once the loans are also fully settled in next 1.5 year's. With solid financial position, good free cash flow and higher market shares, it's PE valuation will definately expand to a reasonable level. This company will reward us handsomely if we believe his future.

Hot stock should not have any issues. Last time i grab padini cf when the price was 0.03 and now the price is 0.27 but still have buyers. I would prefer petronm cb because is undervalue compared to cc and price can go higher compared to mother. If price up too fast then we can expect more risk for correction.

the accounts are in their hand, if many retails buy they will post a sudden loss, just like some years ago and the stock from almost RM 7 fell to below RM 3. if nobody buy they will post very good results. it's like the account of many oil companies which stock price keep droping but they haven't posted heavy losses yet, maybe they can delay their losses?

As global crude oil was > usd 50 for the past quarter and would foresee the results is going to be fantastic when quarterly report is going to be released this month.

Retail price drops meanwhile PetronM is benefiting from lower crude oil price too. Since the implementation of free floating mechanism, refinery and retailer like PetronM has better position than ever before.

This privatisation issue, personally I don't think they will do it cause Petron Corp/SM group is not only eyeing for Malaysia petrol retail market, in fact they have a lot of other business plan once Petronm set a good foothold.

Recently SM group just stated they intend to start a food business division at Malaysia & Petron 580 petrol stations will be a very good network for their business.

So it to keep Petronm as listed company will be good for their strategy plan in term of branding & exposure
