That question I have already studied. That's why you need to check up on something that others are oblivious and ignorant. Especially looking at the losses accountants & remisiers are all turn off.
I just received a phone call from Mr Lee of Public Auto Enterprize from Sri Manjung, Sitiawan. He asked why East Malaysian shares are starting to move up in prices? I told him about Kbunai the laggard.
In 2006 I told him to buy Perak Corp at only 60 cents because I saw 1,000 acres prime lands in Lumut.
Mr.Lee called his Ipoh Remisier and they told him to forget about useless Perak Corp. They SAW WITHOUT SEEING. Perak Corp later jumped 600% to RM3.60.
This round if you just do cursory glance or listen to any lazy, careless remisier they will say all bad things about KBunai.
Now What's So Good About KBunai?

The Latest Development from Hong Kong. Due to incessant complaint from HK residents against crowding out by tourists from Shenzhen the Authority from Shenzhen has now limited the weekly visit by Shenzhen to HK to only once a week.
What are the implications?
1) It will lead to a drop in retail sales for HK Shops. And to job losses. Then it will lead to weakening of both commercial & residential house prices in HK. Then the stock market will also weaken.
2) Where will the people of Shenzhen with pent up demand go?
To Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore. And?
And some to Sabah & Sarawak by virtue of its proximity to Shenzhen. Then tourists from Shenzhen will also visit Karambunai Resort by extension. And "Luxury once enjoyed will become a necessity" While HK Dollar rose against 37 countries' currencies The Ringgit has crashed below more than 100 countries' currencies.
Once these Shenzhen people discover that Sabah is only less than 50% of Tokyo, Seoul or Singapore They Will Make Sabah a permanent destination for decades to come.

calvin, have u missed out that kbunai did a capital reduction in 2013 ? meaning even at highest peak of 29sen, it is actually only about 5 sen. now at 6 sen, kbunai is actually at about 1 sen only at its peak. With rights issue after that, it is even worse. IF kbunai continue to make loss, once NTA goes into negative, PN17 or failed to pay its huge debt, PN1... you are doomed, because next will be suspended and delisted.
last time there is a company called Transmile, have even richer big brother Robert Kwok, also go delisted and bankrupt. Fact is, kbunai is bleeding non-stop and there is no cure for it.

Just now someone threw 1.6 million shares at 6.5 cents. Last time when I bought Lafarge at 66 cents people were throwing by the billions! If only they know one day Lafarge rose up to be a Blue chip
When I posted in Super Enterprize when it was traded between RM1.20 to RM3.00 very people commented. After Super Share Price Doubled "Many Experts" Suddenly appeared from out of nowhere.
Again when I posted on Opcom when it was 60 cents few bothered. When Opcom doubled in price to RM1.20 one lady appeared and claimed that she just bought 100,000 shares of Opcom at RM1.20. "New Experts" also emerged to say that Opcom will rise to RM2.50 or even higher.
I have watched this kind of mad behaviour without logic at all!
For now Kbunai is not crowded with "Experts" as yet. So we the contrarian investors are buying.
Why must we do this?
1) Things must be Cheap. Kbunai is now very cheap. 52 week low were 5.5 cents and 52 week high was 10.5 cents. So 6.5 cents is on the lower end. All time 52 week low was 5.5 cents. Look at the queue of 20 million buyers at 6 cents. So there is really very little risk of losing in Kbunai.
