final qtr eps shd be the same as Q2/3 which is 4 sen. full yr eps 13.4 sen, current PE is just 3.8X assuming lesser loan stock conversion in the 4Q PE of 6 would be reasonable tp 0.80
Actually this counter already up from ~0.36 to 0.52. Already up 0.16, 44% before qtrly report out. It needs to stablise for a while and looking for next qtr report.
haha, this quater all so weird, PJDEV good result REVERSE... HEVEA good result also REVERSE..... L&G good good result also REVERSE..... MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!!!!!
This is a classical case of buy on rumour & sell on news. Anyway, policies are not in favour of property counters. Be careful of being too bullish. May get finger chopped off.
i think most ppl are more concern on future project rather than past result. Even a company with bad result but when they announce getting some projects, their price will shoot. So for Malaysia investors mostly, future contracts are more important factor than past results?
How can you create a competitive advantage in this industry? It's very difficult. So, there is not much difference between properties company besides the management and financial position. This company has turned over from loss to growth in profit after a change in management. Isn't it logical to think that this management knows what they are doing? Of so, isn't it looking bright on the future prospects? Ponder.
Maybe a lot of investor overestimated the revenue for this quarter. Got rumuor that this quarter will have 200million revenue. But in the end, 140million revenue for this quarter. Anyway i will still holding this counter.
I dont know what's happening, despite they post their best quarter in the history after the new management. Nothing looks bad. Still have 600million unbilled sales for 15 months and 1 more year they will start another project (Element Ampang 2). The cash decrease is mainly due to repayment in trade payable (40m), purchase of investment property (50m),refund of oversubsribed of ICULS (30m) and repayment of bank borrowing (25m)
@sephiroth any idea how do they account for the recognition of unbilled sales? Previously announced unbilled sales was RM800mm and after the EGM, management mentioned it was RM600mm. This is rather perplexing..
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
