In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Genting Malaysia has labelled the lawsuit as “baseless and totally without merit”.

“(Genting Malaysia) will vigorously defend against the complaint.”

TA Research senior analyst Tan Kam Meng agrees that the accusations are baseless, on the basis that Genting Malaysia’s accounts are audited by PwC Malaysia.

“I will give the benefit of the doubt to Genting Malaysia at this juncture. If there is fraud, the auditors would not certify the accounts.

“Genting Malaysia also thinks that it has a strong case looking at its filing in Bursa Malaysia. Hence, I would not change my earnings projections at this moment,” he said.

ATK a ghost or not you decide lor. Hope some traders / trader cum investors here have read and exited promptly near the 5.20 top.

Then buy again at around 4.50 zone, exit at around 4.8+ zone.

Its not difficult to trade this stock. I started buying when price was 2.97. When I stopped trading this stock long time ago, i think its equivalent to profit of selling the stock at over 8.00.

Traders usually dont like to catch falling knives. At 4.30 many thought its the bottom (abt 100m shares bought around that zone during August). During September at abt 4.10, trader myself also thought bottom liow (abt 100m shares bought around that zone too) but luckily trader escaped LKT's trap with meagre profit. On 11 n 14 Oct, it broke below 4.10, some kanchiong buyers thought its cheap liow rushed in to buy now kena trapped by the cunning LKT again. Today just broke 4.00 key support but people rush in to buy also. Anything can happen in the stock market, many times totally unexpected.

Frankly trader scared of M-E geopolitical risk. Intraday can drop 13 sen as seen on 02/10 (once bitten twice shy KNN Iran suddenly ballastic missile on Israel breaching Iron Dome, David Sling, Arrow Missile etc air defence system). USA THAAD air defence system in Israel now, anytime Iran going to be bombed by Israel. Usually before bombing, co-ordinated massive cyber attacks will occur first to create confusion on the enemy, which Iran kena over this weekend. Traders prefer to let the dust settle first, buy when there is upwards momentum Immediately Buy, Immediately Huat.

Trader kena that Iran bombing 02/10 intraday 13 sen drop. Luckily trader has a habit of locking in profit along the way + "sell at rebound" strategy hence manage to escape with meagre profit, must be TeeKong popi. Many people who bought at 4.11 zone still trapped and buried beneath (at least 100m shares minimum). Geopolitical problems are still very under-rated market events now.
